Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
I suspect it may be due to External
ear canal infection ( ie.. Swimmers ear )
This occur due to excessive moisture and water in external ear canal.
It can be due to damage to the canal from scratching or cleaning. The damaged and moist ear canal becomes a fertile ground for bacteria to grow, leading to infection.
External
ear infection cause
severe pain on rubbing or pulling the pinna. Especially if you press the tragus, there will be a severe pain.
As there is a infection, Cleaning caused an
injury.
From that unhealed injury, she may have bleeding.
I advise you to continue the ear drops.
Dry the ear with a hairdryer set to low. Keep the dryer at least a foot away from the ear, and be careful not to burn the ear.
If she have any fever, pus discharge or complains of
tinnitus, please take her to ENT surgeon.
Hope this helps.
f you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr.Manjeth
