Child Has Sinusitis, Headache And Fever. Took Panadol 500mg With No Effect. Remedy?

My 6 year old son was diagnosed with sinusitis and has been suffering from a severe headache since Wednesday last week he was diagnosed on Friday and has since been on diclofenac for pain but the headache still started again today evening ... Don t have diclofenac giving him panadol 500 gm every 4 hours doesn t seem to be working he has a fever as well ... How can I help him ?

MOST LIKELY HE NEEDS ANTIBIOTIC MEDICINE ( EG AUGMENTIN ) APART FROM SIMPLE PAIN KILLERS.
