Hi

Did she have other symptoms than fever like cold, cough, skin rash, loose stools, pain while passing urine, increased frequency of urination etc?

When body feels warm and thermometer shows normal temperature, you need not worry. Check if your hands are cold when you feel her warm, also if you over dress her she might be warm for some time. So dress her as per her comfort and weather.

Also if her activity and food intake are okay, you need not worry.

Regarding her investigations, Her hemoglobin is slightly on the lower side. Other indices like MCV, RDW etc can tell us the cause. Usually in kids its nutritional. Give her lots of green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery and non veg (if you wish) to improve iron content in her diet.

ESR is high. It can be due to anemia (low Hb) or any infection.

Urine - pus cells of 7 to 8 and trace protein raises a doubt of urinary infection. Along with fever if she has had burning micturition, increased frequency of urination, Urine culture would have helped to rule that out. Female kids are more prone to get urinary infections.

But don`t go by reports. If your child is active, playful as usual and feeding well with no fever, you can be relaxed.
Doctors do not treat reports. We always correlate reports with clinical status of the child and then only treat.
