Child Has Wheezing, Cough, Difficulty Breathing. Given Tminic, Nasivion, Saline Nebulization. Safe Treatment?

hi my baby is 6 months old and has wheezing , cough , breathing problem from last 15 days. he was also admitted in hospital for 3 days but wheezing is still there. i am giving tminic drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day, nasivion mini nasal drops 3 times a day, saline nebulization 5ml 3 times a day, flohale 0.5 ml 2 times a day and levolin 0.25ml 3 times a day..is this treatmrnt safe.please advice

Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
Your child had bronchiolits.
The treatment is adequate.
Flohale is not a very good choice at this age.
Budecort nebulisation twice daily should suffice.
Consult your doctor for signs of medical improvement.
Give him Vit A single dose after he recovers.
Vaccinate him adequately.
Consult your doctor if the problem persists.
