Child Has White Pus Pockets On Tonsils, Broke Out With Rashes On Body. Took Antibacterial Shot. Is This Related ?
my 1 year old was seen and it was discovered she has white puss pockets on her tonsils last friday today she broke out in a rash on her body is this common with this? she did have her 12 months shots 2 weeks ago and a antibacterial shot last friday her diet has not changed with the little appeitie she has had. just wondering if possible rash from shots- antibacterial shot or is this common with the tonsil infection

Most probably she is suffering from Streptococcal pharyngo-tonsillitis.
It is associated with scarletiniform rash.
Diagnosis is made by throat swab culture.
Penicillin V or Amoxycillin may be used in consulation with you doctor.

the rash of the baby is related with infection of the tonsils.
It is common that a viral infection of the throat to be associated with skin rashes.
It is not related to the shots.
