Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Yellow vaginal discharge is suggestive of some infection. I suggest that you get her examined by your doctor who may get vaginal swab culture done and put your daughter on appropriate antibiotic. The burning sensation on application of soap suggests some raw area which needs to be managed.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.
