Child Have Fever. Have Been Giving Lot Of Medication. Have Vomiting After Giving Medicine. What To Do?

hi I m milind from mumbai, My baby (Male - 9mths )is having fever from 4 days but it is not continuous it comes and go but the body temperature reaches above 100 c. in fever other symptom’s - restless, cold and cough. Have taken to 2 specialist 1st doctor told it is only viral (Medicine given - ibuprofen and paracetamol suspension- ibugesic plus 2ml 3 times a day & norfloxacin suspension -bacigyl suspension 2.5ml 3 times a day ) however other doctor concluded that it is chest infection (Medicine given- acetaminophen oral suspension ip - babygesic125- paracetamol suspension 125mg/5ml 4ml 4times a day, cefpoxime oral suspension ip - kefpod orange suspension 6ml 2 times a day & ofloxacin oral suspension -oflomil suspension 6ml 2 times a day ).
Request your opinion on the same also advice as the baby vomits after giving medicine even if it is given with sugar or honey. Is there any other way to give medicine so that he doesn't vomit?
Also based on above please help whether is it serious and as per symptom’s what is it and how should I go with it and is there anything which i should tell to doctor as we are having appointment in a day.

hELLO, Drink as much water as you can in order to replace fluid loss. It will also help to bring down body temperature.

2:Rest as much as possible.

3:Avoid suddenly changes in atmospheric temperatures.

4:Avoid eating solid foods until the fever is gone. You can replace the foods by drinking plenty of distilled water and/or juices.

5:when you have fever do not take any supplement containing either iron or zinc. Taking iron causes great tension in a body that is fighting infection; and zinc is not absorbed by the body when you have fever.

6:Take cool bathes, fill a bath tub, submerge and lay down for 5' approximately. Repeat as needed until the fever is down.

7:If the fever does not exceed 102 degrees let it run its course. It helps the body to fight infection and eliminate to. 8:When a child has fever do not give them aspirin, instead try to reduce the fever with cold baths. Regards,
