Child Have Fever, Sore Throat And Stiff Neck. Took Medication. What To Do Now?

my daughter has had fever yesterday and today. very sore throat. now complaint of stiff neck and has a strange red circle in the center of her chest approx size of a quarter, it looks slightly raised but she guards it and wont let me touch it, says it's very sore. She denies any injury to the area. fever was reading 105.6, just medicated her and put her in a shower to cool off

Thank you for your query.

A fever of 105.6F, sore throat and a stiff neck needs to be evaluated by a doctor immediately. You have done the right thing by giving her anti-pyretics and a shower but get her examined and investigated so that she can be managed. I am in no position to comment on the red circle without an examination.
