Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I properly reduced fracture and dislocation should not pain if the immobilization is proper. The surprising part is that no orthopaedic doctor has reviewed the case in one week. I suggest that you seek an urgent review by a senior doctor so that your daughter is not in pain and proper immobilization of the fracture and dislocation is done.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query
If fracture is displaced, it needs reduction or surgical fixation. It will depends upon type of type of fracture. I suggest you to consult an orthopaedic Surgeon soon for definitive treatment. Meanwhile elevate her limb to reduce the swelling. She can take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
Hope this will helps you
