Child Have Headache, Stomach Pain And Fever

my 3year old has been having on and off again headaches, stomachs and fevers. what should i do? should i take her to the doctors?. ive been keeping her hydrated and making sure she does over tire herself. shes been eatting normal and using the bathroom normal too.

Fever with headache and stomach pain are concerning symptoms for child of that age take her to pediatrician get her physically examined and manage accordingly.
