Child Having Black Stool. Should I Be Concerned?

Im babysitting a two year old girl & today she has had nothing but black stool in her diapers. She hasn t eaten anything but a pb& j & its like tar. I have changed her three times in the last 5min.. should I be concerned & let her mother know to take her in.?

if we add milk the child many of then start reacting with milk proteins to cause negetive effects and these type of reactions in my experience of 23 years
you can try my experience withdraw all milk and diary completely
and symptomwise treatment till you get results of withdrawl you can add after waiting for few more years
