Child Having Calf Muscle Pain, Lost Weight, Regular Fever. High SGPT, Globulins, No Periods. Cause?

hi, can muscle damage causes high sgpt and high globulins. my daughter complains calf muscle pain. her total protein is 8.24. albumin 3.2,globulin 5.04 and sgpt 43.8 she has lost about 3 kg wt in 3 months and runs fever regularly. does this affect her periods. she has not had periods for 2 months. she is 12 yrs old, my e mail is YYYY@YYYY ,

Calf muscle pain is due to some muscle spasm or as a part of viral fever with muscle involvement.
SGPT is not high and this value is not significant to say it is abnormal and nothing to worry about this level.
The causes for fever and her weight loss to be evaluated further.
After menarche, in the initial years the menstrual periods may be irregular and it is normal.
I advise you to consult your Doctor for the interpretation of reports and to evaluate the causes for her weight loss and recurrent fevers.
