Child Having Fishy Smell In Urine, Cold, Mild Fever, Vomited. Should I Be Concerned?
Hi There, my 4 year old daughter had a wetting accident today and her urine had a very strong fishy smell to it. She has had a cold/cough for about two days and has developed a mild fever of ~99.8. She also vomited once this afternoon (before the wetting accident). Is this something I shod be concerned about? Thanks!

Its very common for children with upper respiratory tract infection to have concentrated urine, which adds fishy odour to it. There is no cause of concern. I would suggest you to maintain good hydration by giving oral fluids liberally. Steam Inhalation will also be very helpful for cold.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
