Hi, I am mother of 3 year old twins. Fron last 5-6 months, they have frequent cought, cold and fever. Boy weight around 12 kg and girl is around 11.5 kg. Can you pls suggest some healty eating tips and medicines to improve their weight and body immune system. Regards, Anjali

A balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables is all that is required. Give them all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. See that they wash their hands and keep themselves away from people with cough and cold.
