Child Having Problem In Throat, While Speaking She Speaks Loudly, Fever. What To Do?

my daughter is 4.5 years old, weight 19 kgs. she has problem in her throat, while speaking she speaks loudly. she has fever upto 101.5F, we had given her crocin suspension . Half hour before the temp was 101.9F. We are also given her the homeoopathy medicins in between. The alopathy Doctor had suggested not to give her Ibugesic plus atall. Please suggest, how to proceed further.

It seems that this is a viral infection and your child need to take plenty of water and steam inhalations . nebulization with epinephrine would be useful

Have a proper clinical examination
