Child Having Severe Cough, Wheezing. Prescribed Asthalin. Safe To Be Given Without Budate/Budocart?

My son is 7 yrs old and weighs 20 kgs, He is having severe cough and cold with wheezing. He was prescribed to give Asthalin respules with Budate for 3 times a day for 3 days, i didnt see any good response nor cough and wheezing reduced, today his chest xray was taken and his flem is not too severe though, he is prescried on Asthalin alone on nebulisation, is there no side or wrong effects of if asthalin is given alone without budate/budocart ?? please help me with the answers.

Hi,
It is very good if only Asthalin respules works for cough and wheezing.
Budate or budocort is a steroid so it is better to be avoided.
So nothing to worry.
