Child Having Small Hole In Leg, Swollen, Pus Coming Out. How To Cure It?

5 yr old has a small hole in his leg and it is swollen with a red skin about the size of 2 loonies with a thick yellowish pus that has blood in it coming from it when it is squeezed.. He says it hurts really bad.. When it was squeezed the blood pus was able to keep its shape and looked the size of a pea

Your son has most probably got an abscess which has burst and developed into an ulcer. This needs to be evaluated and treated with antibiotics soon since it has continued pus coming out of it.

I would suggest you to take him to his pediatrician to get proper treatment.
