She has a history of uti's and 1 kidney infection but isnt complaining of urimary symptoms. She has had nosebleeds in the past but its weird she had it while vomiting. She says the back of her neck hurts but is able to touch her chin to her chest. What else should i check for?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear ,

Welcome to the platform of Health Care Magic.

Sudden Headache, vomings and fever can be explained with simple viral fever. Often some thing serious like meningitis may also be the cause but it does not apppears to be in your case.
This can be treated with symptomatic treatment like paractamol, antiemetics etc.
How ever close observation by pediatrician will rule out the seroius cause. He can also rule out any infective cause of these symptoms with some relevant investigations.

Nose bleed is may be due to sudden high pressure during vomiting.

Hope the query is answered

Thanks
