Child Is Potty Trained. But Urinates In Her Pant Occasionally. Tells It Is Hurting While Urinating. Suggestions?

I have a four year old girl and she has been potty trained for over a year. She has been urinating in her pants at least once everyday for a week but today has done it four times. She says it hurts when she urinates and her head hurts. Her urine is very clear almost like water. Is there anything wrong with her or is she just being stuborn?

Hello,

It is normal for your daughter to wet her pants once everyday, but the frequency has increased from 1 to 4 times. You should take note of this.
She says that she is feeling uneasy during urination.(Burning sensation), Headache may due to mild dehydration.
Looking into all of these she may have acquired an Urinary tract infection.
Test her urine routine, culture and sensitivity.
Maintain good perineal hygiene.
Take lot of oral fluids.
A course of antibiotic.

If the urine test are normal the any stress or fear may have cause it.
