Child Is Vomiting White Foam. Lactose Intolerant. Eats Baby Food. Cause?

Since yesterday late afternoon my granddaughter (7-months and two-weeks old) is vomiting white foam. She does not cry, she just vomits. She is lactose intolerant and nurses, eat baby food (cereal with mother's milk and fruit); mother is very careful not to eat milk products. It is not unusually for her to spit up some, but vomit that is like white foam is different. What might cause this?

Dear
Welcome toHCM
We understand your concerns.
Children often vomits undigested food or when their stomach is filled or when they experience water brash or when they experience heart burn and acidity.
These vomiting is very common.
Please confirm whether your grand daughter vomits due to any of the above said reasons.
What does she vomits? White foam or frothy liquid?
Any how it is better to consult your pediatrician.
