Child Not Playing With Others, Not Responding To Others While Playing. Signs Of Autism?

I need to know the Cognitive milestones of a 2.5 year old boy. I dont see him co-play with kids or socialize with them. He does like to play with me and my husband.

If your son fails more than 3 items total or 2 critical items,he should be referred for diagnostic evaluation by a specialist trained to evaluate ASD (autistic spectrum disorders) in very young children.
