Child Prescribed Nanomol For Fever. Blood Test Shows Low Hemoglobin, High WBC. Help

Hello Sir
My daughter is running a high temperature since 25 June. the doctor prescribed nanomol oral suspension ,Maxtra oral drops and novamox oral suspension , on the night of 25 i gave her nanomol which works , on 26 she was fine , but again on 27 her body temprature incrases to 100.6 F , every alternate day and night her temperature rises , on the prescription of doctor we run blood test ,the result shows low haemoglobin ,(8.4) g/dL, high WBC high PLT low HCT,MCV and MCH high RDW PDW nd low MPV and on differencial count low GR and high LY, on the remarks in report no malaria parasite seen , and C-reactive protein is .9mg/L, my doctor tells me it is due to viral fever only, and tell me to continue the present medication, as the temprature become normal then he will prescribe the medicine to increase haemoglobin,
Some times it looks like that the face of my daughter turning pale
please suggest me what to do

Hi,
High WBC and Low platelet counts requires giving attention.
Continue with the medicines.
After 2-3 days go for WBC and platelet count again.
If there is improvement in blood picture, nothing to worry, otherwise consult to your doctor and take his opinion.
