Child S Finger Turned White After Biting. Applied Peroxide And Alcohol. ER Visit Required?

My 11 year old s finger was nipped by a dog. I put peroxide and alcohol on it and the skin in front of the bite is turning white. She has is current on all shots including tetanus. I went to urgent care as they were closing and they would not see her. Should I go to ER or can I take her to the Dr in the morning?
