Child Seems To Be Lethargic And Sleepy
Hi, My usually active and energetic five year old seems rather lethargic and sleepy the last few days. This is a child who usually bikes 2 miles with me every evening. He has no fever, no sore throat, cough, earache or anything. He simply seems very tired and a bit clingy/sensitive. Any thoughts?

does he have any insect bites? or any history of taking any medicines unsupervised? any change in food habits? is he allergic to anything like hay dust pollen. is it continous or persisting. how is his apetite? closely observe him and if it does not improve needs a thorough evaluation
