Hello,
Welcome to HCM forum.
White strings and lumps of mucus and blood in stools indicate a significant gastrointestinal infection in your daughter. Ideally a stool routine and culture test is recommended along with other blood investigations if needed.
The treatment would include a course of antibiotics along with probiotic and zinc supplements.
Please give her plenty of fluids to maintain her hydration.
Wishing her a speedy recovery.
Regards

Hi.
Thanks for your query
Your daughter is having enteritis which is usually viral in nature, but i will suggest a stool examination and if there is any infection she may need a course of antibiotic.
In the meantime i advise you to maintain proper hydration give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.give coconut water, curd, banana.boiled potato, give lactobaccilus sachet for 2 to 3 days.
In case symptoms do not subside take pediatric consultation.
Your daughter will be fine.
God bless
