Child Stubbed Her Toe And Bleeding Badly Along With Swelling And Pain. Doctor Visit Required?

My 2 and half year old stubbed her toe and made the end of the nail lift up and bleed really badly. Now (less than 30 minutes later) it is swollen and hurts her if the bottom of the toe is touched. She is playing comfortably, but is walking slightly funny. Do I need to take her to the urgent care center tonight or can I wait and see how she does?
