Hello,
There are several reasons why she is unable to sleep at night hence the headaches.
Sensitivity to fungal allergens needs to be excluded with either blood (specific IgE) or skin tests.
Enlarged tonsils or adenoids will interfere with sleep and not helped by fungal allergy.
