Child Suffering From Fever. On Augmentin. Blood Count Malaria Typhoid Dengue Seems Negative. Blood Count High, Pus In Urine. Problem?

My daughter age 11 was suffering from high fever for past 4 days with throatinfectionn.was given augmentin 375 3 times a day. Did a few tests cz fever was nt coming down. . Blood count malaria typhoid dengue etc alll tests were negative . Bt her blood count was high and also found pus cella in her urine test. So put her on oflomac forte 10ml twice a day. She's felt better with the second dose since 2 days no fever at all. But at nights she sweats and also feels cold at the same time. My doc says it is normal as long as she has no fever or any other pain. This is 2nd nite of sweating n cold. .plz help

It seems the child is having urinary tract infection as there are pus cells in urine and high white cell count in blood test.

Sweating and cold are associated with high grade fever and some time due to autonomic instability.

As she is responding to oflomac forte, continue the medication as per the prescription and consult the pediatrician for follow up.
