Child Suffering From Fever, Giving Cap, Crying After Drinking Water. Is There Any Medicine Require?

my baby suffering from fever yester day doctor give 2days back decdran injuction and we are giving parascetmol syrup yesterday fever recover but to day she has 37.9 celcius temperature but she is crying afer drinking water is there any medicine require for her

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
IF THE BABY IS SUFFERING FROM fever give paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight to reduce temperature immediately as often as 4-6 times daily depending on the requirement.
Otherwise children below 6 years may go into febrile convulsons.
If it is viral fever it will subside within 3-4 days .
If not consult pediatrician to diagnose the cause of fever as well as apprpriate treatment
