Child Suffering From Severe Cold And Nasal Congestion, Breathing From Mouth. What To Do?

My daughter is 21 months old.She is suffering from severe cold and has excessive nasal congestion to the extent that she is breathing from mouth from yesterday. Please suggest what should be done. I am trying to give her steam. How many times in a day I can give the steam. Also due to mouth respiration I fear she may catch up with a soar throat.
I have Septillin tonic (herbel) and Toff DC ( Allopathy) with me. Can I provide both to her.
Please recommend the best treatment

Hi,
It seems that your daughter is having acute rhinitis.
Give her some decongestant tablet.
You can give her Toff DC syrup to control nasal congestion.
You can give steam for 2 times a day.
Ok and take care.
