Child Swallowed Ambi Cream. What To Do?

Plz help 8 month old swallowed ambi cream...she licked a tear sized drop that had accidentally been left on the collar if my shirt..I have been using the cream for the darkness caused on my neck after pregnancy..when I looked in her mouth it was only a little and I tried my best to wipe it out.what do I do?? Extremely worried

first of all please let me know what is the time since she has swallowed it
did you notice any change in her behaviour
if the child is alright for 2 days after ingestion , nothing to worry
