Child Taken Antibiotics For Running Nose. Now Headache. X-ray Sows Fluid Accumulation. No Relief With Medicine

My daughter had running nose last 15 days and the doctor prescribed some antibiotics and she recovered.
But now for the past one week She has developed severe headache and we took x-ray of the head and the
doctor said there is some fluid accumulation in the head. Even after taking taking the prescribed drugs for 3 days
the headache has not recovered. pls advice

The description provided by you suggests that your daughter is having sinusitis. Antibiotic alone is not sufficient; she needs a decongestant which shall facilitate the removal of the accumulated fluid. If fever recurs then the antibiotic needs to be changed.
