Child With Dark Pigmentation In Both Arm Pits And Back Of Neck. Line Of Treatment ?
hello Dr. I am Dr AAA a paediatritian.I wold like to take your opinion for a child aged 6yrs with c/o dark pigmentation in both arm pits and back of neck since 6months,his wgt is 22kg appropriate for his age.no family h/o of similar complaints ,no h/o allergies,does'nt take junk foods,his cbc thyroid profile are normal,LFT ,u/s are normal.what should be the line of treatment?can I wait and watch.Please guide me .thakyou
