Pediatrician 's  Response
Your daughter need an urgent ER visit .
She is definitely dehydrated & needs intravenous fluids to correct it.
She will also need intravenous antibiotics as she has most likely developed complication eg acute sinusitis (in view of high persisting fever & prolonged cold) .
Wishing a speedy recovery.
