Child With High Fever, Clamminess, Profuse Sweating, Fast Heart Beat, Quivering Lips. Treatment?

My 3 year old son had a fever last night I gave him medicine and he seemed ok, but he woke up about 330am this morning crying saying he had to use the bathroom when he went to the bathroom he cried and it came out in squirts, then I touched him and he was burning up and clamy and sweaty. His heart is beating really fast and his lips are quivering. Does he need to go to the hospital?

Hello Thanks for your query.Your 3 years old child has high grade fever with chills and burning micturition.This could be due to Acute Viral Infection or Acute urinary tract Infection .Give him Paracemol to lower down the fever and get his Routine Urine and Blood test for complete Haemogram done this will help you to come to know a cause for his symptoms.Please consult some Pediatrician for treatment.In the mean while you can give him Paracetamol and plenty of water In case fever does not come down you may give cold water sponging
