Child With High Fever, Sore Throat, Back And Stomach Pain, Urine Test Showed Blood. Worrisome?

Hi, just recently i took my 10 year old daughter to the emergency because she has had a high fever for 3 days, sore throte, back pain , stomach pains. They checked her for strep throte, and it came neg. They took urine from her and said she has blood in her urine. They didnt say anything. The doctor sent us home. Should i be worried about this? Why does she have blood in her urine?
