Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If she is having pain while passing stools its
likely that she is having fissure in anus.

It causes bleeding at time of defecation and abdomen out as youI have mentioned can be attributed to it.
I hope the attending physician has examined, if not take a second expert opinion from pediatric surgeon

Take care
