i took my son to the orhtopedic yesterday because he complained of a little pain in the front of hin knee just below the knee cap. He does not feel the pain unless he is in a deep squat putting weight on it usually, but other than that he can run, juke, and play football fine. He was squatting at school three times a week which I think might have starined it, and the Ortho said that might be Jumpers knee, and just needs time to heal. He also felt a small popping on the side when he bends his knee but he has no pain at all here, and when I feel it, it almost feels like a ligament moving to the side when he bends his knee, but he has no problem there except the popping sensation. Is this normal and sound about right.
