Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

It is surprising to hear that a baby has flu from birth to three months of age.
Normally this does not happen.

Is there any history of rapid breathing?
Is there any history of poor feeding or chest indrawing?

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
