Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Swapna,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Your cousin seems having Hyper reactive airway disease which could be bronchial asthma.

If she is not investigated previously, needs investigations like CBP, ESR, absolute eosinophil count, and pulmonary function testing.

Risk factors like dust, smoke, pollution which aggravate the condition should be identified and exposure to them should be avoided.

She needs inhalers like bronchodilators, controllers, and anti allergy medication depending on the severity of symptoms.

I advise you to take her to a pediatrician or pediatric pulmonologist for detailed review of history, examination, and investigations and to plan an appropriate treatment fir the child.

And child should be in regular follow up for her symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
