Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
The Adam's apple usually doesn't shift in its position, but usually move with each act of swallowing.
If there are no other complaints and child is healthy, active, there is no need to rush to the hospital.
Look for any symptoms and monitor the child.
If you still concerned, take him to the pediatrician.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
