Child's Eyes Socket And Cheek Red With Big Lump Under Chin After Falling. Should I Be Worried?

My 9 year old has had a fall onto wooden flooring. His face bounced off of it! He has a very red eye socket, red cheek and a big lump has come up under his chin. This only happened a short time ago. He seems ok at the moment. Should I be worried about the lump?

Red eye and lump seems to concerning symptoms after a fall for the child.
My recommendation would be get child physically examined by doctor for further management .
