Choking Feeling After Drinking Water, Occasional Headache Cured Only With Nimulid. Detected Acidity. No Help From Prescribed Kyrab D. Suggest

Hi doctor i am 45yrs old 174cm height and 78kgs weight. I have been experiencing from past few years that when i drink water i get a choking feeling. My dr told me it was due to acidity and gave me medicine Kyrab-D for that but it didn't help. I do also get occasional headaches which only subside with nimulid nothing else. Please advice at YYYY@YYYY

Feeling of choking may be alarming feature and requires evaluation. I will advise you to visit a Gastroenterologist who may advise you to get endoscopic examination. In which he may find gastroesophageal reflux disease, esophgeal motility disorder or may be some other pathology.
