Chronic Left-sided Shoulder Pain. X-ray, Ultrasound Normal. History Of Diabetes. Cure?

I have a shoulder pain on the left since 9 months ,& i am diabitic patient since 10 years ,Diabitic is under controll, othopedic X-ray & altra sound scanning report showing normal,even for some days Itook the physiotherapy treatment the shoulder left pain is not in controll,please let us know what kind of treatment is to taken, because of this since 9 months I have no proper sleep.

you are DM patient
all reports are normal
so you have to need other organ dysfunction examinations like kidney,liver ECT....
so you consult your GP
continue physiotherapy
