Circumcision, Penis Seems Crooked. What Is The Price For A Urologist To Do It?

My infant is 6 months old and could not get circumcised at birth because he was a premie. So, we had it done by a urologist at 6 months. At the initial consultation we were told that it looked crooked, but the circumcision should take care of it. However, after the surgery we were told that the circumcision didn t fix it and some more surgery had to be done. Now, we received the bill and were charged $17,000, is that anywhere close to what we should have to pay, or are we getting overcharged?
