The clear fluid coming out of your bum requires physical examination to see it it is coming out of anal opening or a possible pilonidal sinus or fistula near anus.So please get examined by doctor to find the cause.As for the pain and cramps in abdomen it may be tenesmus which is a spasmodic pain coming on due to intestinal infection.Please get examined and treated.
