Clueless About Mixing Up All Words. Doesn't Know Until Somebody Points. No Speech Problem. Shall I Go For A Check Up?

Hi, I ve realized that lately I ve been mixing up all my words. I just do it cluelessly. I don t know I m doing it until someone points out to me that I ve said the exact opposite or it doesn t make any sense . Like its just simple sentences, like instead of saying green I say yellow. I sometimes mix up letters while I m writing. I don t have any type of speech problem. I m 13. Should I tell a parent and get a check up?
