Clump Of Blood After Bowel Movement, Hemorrhoids, Lightheaded, Congested Nasals, Headache
Hi, last week I realized that after bowel movement there would be a clump of blood on the toilet paper and the water would be red. Bright red. It went on two more times that's when I examined myself and realized that I have hemorrhoids. Internal at the moment, but I can feel a tiny 1 externally trying to form. I feel light headed sometimes and get congested nasals. I'm only 19 and a male. I had strange headaches too a few times. This has never happened to me before.

From history it seems that you might be having internal bleeding pile with sentinel piles out side.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water and take more fiber containing food.
