Cluster Of Bumps Inside Inner Labia, Sexually Active. Can It Be A Skin Condition?

I have recently discovered many small tastebud-like clusters on the inside of my innner labia, and close to my vaginal opening. I am sexually active, have had one partner, 4 months ago, and we did not use a condom. He has had no signs of warts and has had a clean STI checkup. I have aswell.
I recently noticed these bumps about 2 months ago. I was never in the practice of evaluating my vagina so I do not know if they are practical for me or not. Could this just be a skin condition? They do not burn and RARELY ever itch.
