Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic pharyngitis giving this problem.
Change your food habit, avoid cold drinks, fried and junk food.
If you have habit of smoking, chewing tobacco, leave this habit.
Do salt water gargles.
Avoid dusty and dumpy atmosphere.
Keep oral hygiene healthy.
Ok and take care.
